Parkersburg Cougars Registration Form

All parents/guardians will be required to complete USA Wrestling release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement with parental consent, as well as create/complete a USA wrestling West Virginia Athlete Membership.

Annual Parkersburg Cougar Youth Wrestling Membership fee is $150 per athlete. Payment to be made via Venmo. Please complete a registration form for each wrestlers individually if you have multiple children.
Feel free to drop in at any of our wrestling sessions – we welcome all! For your convenience, our daily drop-in rate is just $10 per wrestler.
